Our fee for this service is a small percentage of the total sale.

Professional Downsizing

Many people acquire items and store them in their home & garage. Over the years, the house starts busting at the seams. What do you do? Down-size! Our service can be conducted in the home or in the yard/garage. We do all the hard work like advertising, set-up, pricing and inventory control of all items sold. Our fee for this service is a small percentage of the total sale.

Partial Liquidation / Buy Outs

We recognize that some families do not need the full services involved in an actual estate sale. These individuals typically want to down-size or sell certain pieces without a total liquidation of property or public sale. We can meet with these clients, look at the items they wish to sell, provide value estimates, as well as make a fair offer to purchase the item(s) outright or refer the client to another vendor.

Make Ready, Cleaning & Debris Removal Services
